About the Role

We are on the lookout for a Product Manager to join our Mobile App squad and play a pivotal role in driving strategic, data-informed, and innovative product development. You will get to shape the direction of the Mobile App squad and how they deliver value to our users. As a Product Manager at Veve, you will: 

• Deliver strategic alignment to VeVe’s objectives and drive growth in key success metrics.
• Champion a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the product domain.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and customer support teams to create seamless experiences.

The key responsibilities include:

• Lead cross-functional collaboration to shape the vision, strategy, and roadmap for your product domain.
• Align product initiatives with VeVe’s business objectives and long-term strategy.
• Oversee the entire product lifecycle—from ideation and development to growth and evolution.
• Conduct market research, develop user personas, and utilize data-driven insights to guide decisions with the support of our Design Researcher.
• Implement agile methodologies and design thinking frameworks for effective product management.
• Drive successful product launches while maintaining focus on user-centric innovation.
• Communicate a compelling vision, motivate teams, and manage relationships with stakeholders.
• Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring compliance with legal and industry standards. This includes being on-call about one week a month to ensure stakeholders are across any incidents and kept up to date on when they are resolved.

About You

You will have:

• A passion for disrupting industries, a focus on data-driven decision making and a strong focus on business growth!
• A natural leadership ability to motivate teams and articulate a clear vision.
• Curiosity to learn, explore new ideas, and challenge the status quo.
• Proven experience in building and launching innovative products and features.
• Proven experience working remotely, and ability to flex with the timezones of your team.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, especially over Slack and video call.
• Ability to manage and influence multiple stakeholders in a dynamic environment, with an eye to long-term success and collaboration.
• Experience in the collectibles or NFT industry (a plus, but not required).
