As a Product Manager - App Co-Pilot at Super.com, you'll support the App team in building a world-class app focusing on organic growth. Collaborating with designers, PMs, and engineers, you'll help drive experiments, PRDs, research, and backlog management. Responsibilities include compiling and sharing insights, leading ceremonies, managing small-scale projects, and conducting user research. You'll analyze data, research competitors, and contribute to strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate possesses strong communication skills, a data-driven approach, and thrives in ambiguous environments. Experience with B2C product management, working with engineering/design teams, and agile methodologies is crucial.

About this role
This is the perfect role for product managers who are newer in their career and ready to shine. As the co-pilot for the App Mission Aligned Team Lead (MAT Lead), you will help the App team drive their vision forward of building a world class app that facilitates organic growth. You’ll collaborate daily with designers, product managers, and engineers, and you’ll interface with head of product, head of design, General managers of various product verticals and the Group Product Managers of different teams. Primarily, you’ll help the PMs and team leads drive experiments, drive forward PRDs, research new opportunities, and manage the backlog. You’ll generate reports and share your discoveries and insights with the team. You’ll also oversee small scale projects and experiments on our app homepage and navigation with the focus on activating users and driving cross-sell. We are looking for someone who loves to execute, can collaborate in ambiguous waters, and can be given multiple challenges at the same time and thrive. We want someone with a strong bias for action, takes ownership, and comes with solutions to problems we didn’t know existed. The teammate that will thrive in this role has excellent written, oral, and presentational skills, and has the confidence and data-drive nature to disagree and debate when necessary. Responsibilities
- Support PRDs & Experiments - Work with the App team to start, lead, and complete various PRDs and Experiments so that execution and forward momentum is prioritized.
- Compile & Share Insights - Conclude experiments, gather insights, and share learnings with the product team, your MAT teammates, and the broader vertical. Proactively seek opportunities where we have insight gaps, and create smoke tests, experiments, and research that can get signal on the truth.
- Project Management - Assist MAT leads in the project management of the backlog. Help drive individual projects (as a project owner) and ensure the PRDs & Experiment projects in the pipeline are running smoothly, communicating with designers, engineers, and other stakeholders.
- Lead Ceremonies - Lead sprint and MAT lead ceremonies where necessary for backlog grooming, sprint planning, and similar meetings. Work with the PMs and GPM on OKR updates and compiling results.
- Research and Data Analysis - Speak with customers, dig into UXR data, create and compile research on competitors, dogfood the product, and participate in many other research work to drive quality decision making.
Preferred Experience
- 2+ years in B2C product management or similar roles.
- Previous experience working directly with engineering and design teams and having shipped products to market.
- Experience building and iterating on MVP features and experience working with products in 0 to 1 stages and 1 to 10 growth stages.
- Project management and agile experience (in any industry).
- Excellent communication skills with immediate teams, engineers, designers, executives (written, oral, and presentational).
- Data driven analytical thinking, and back statements up with facts and examples.
- Ability to thrive in ambiguity with a strong bias for action.
- Humble, flexible, and willing to jump in on exciting, front-line projects and less glamorous tasks.
