Responsibilities:

Our Product Designer has a clear understanding of what we are building and how it ties to our vision. Each product is a block of a bigger picture and you need to be able to prioritize your focus. We’re operating at the forefront of technology advancements and as such, you will also need to keep up with the latest trends in blockchain product design as well as go the extra mile to design something that the world has never seen before.

• Partner with product managers, product owners, engineers, and other stakeholders to understand business and user needs, translating them into innovative design solutions
• Craft user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visual designs that effectively communicate your concepts and elevate the user experience
• Own the design process from concept to final handoff, ensuring a seamless transition to engineering
• Maintain and evolve our design system, ensuring consistency and scalability across our products
• Collaborate with developers, providing design support and oversight to ensure high-quality implementation
• Participate in cross-functional brainstorms, discussions, and design reviews to generate ideas and gather feedback
• Continuously learn about new technologies and systems, transforming them into user-friendly experiences
• Ask challenging questions and step out of your comfort zone to drive growth and innovation

• At least 2 years of experience designing exceptional user experiences and interactions
• A strong portfolio showcasing your UX design expertise and visual UI design skills, including various UX artifacts that demonstrate your proficiency in applying the right methodologies at the right time
• Ability to effectively communicate design solutions, both visually and in writing, at every stage of the process
• Familiarity with qualitative research methodologies and the ability to incorporate user feedback into your design process
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with a knack for finding creative and efficient solutions
• Strong communication and time management abilities, enabling you to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Understanding that simplest solutions often work best, especially when each minute of engineering time is precious
• Proficiency in Figma, our primary design tool

Nice to haves

• Prior experience working on crypto, DeFi, or web3 projects
• Knowledge of smart contract interactions and EVM constraints
