The Product Architect for Magic: The Gathering crafts the future of the iconic strategy game by combining creative vision, customer satisfaction, and business goals. This role works closely with game design, creative, and marketing teams to build successful products, from conception to release.

 

What You'll Do:

  • Conceptualize and drive the family of Magic: The Gathering products, while serving as a leader across every functional department.

  • Conceive, lead, and evangelize product vision and business requirements at all levels of the company, while building partner confidence, understanding, excitement and alignment around KSPs.
  • Participate in playtests and analyze market trends, player feedback, and gameplay data to inform product decisions and strategic direction.
  • Build upon previous successes and use analytics to implement a diverse range of products, taking into account customer preferences, profitability, and operational limitations to deliver extraordinary experiences.
  • Collaborate daily with the Product Strategy Team to balance our portfolio of SKUs per release & across each year, to deliver the best customer journey.
  • Stay informed of competitor products and industry trends to support Magic: The Gathering’s competitive advantage.

Compensation Range, Currency USD:

  • Starting Pay Range: $146,540
  • Pay Range End: $244,248
