Responsibilities:

Our Product Designer has a clear understanding of what we are building and how it ties to our vision. Each product is a block of a bigger picture and you need to be able to prioritize your focus. We’re operating at the forefront of technology advancements and as such, you will also need to keep up with the latest trends in blockchain product design as well as go the extra mile to design something that the world has never seen before.

• Lead the design process from concept to final implementation, collaborating closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders
• Develop comprehensive design strategies that align with business goals and user needs
• Create sophisticated user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visual designs that set new standards in blockchain product design
• Mentor junior designers and contribute to the growth of the design team
• Evolve and maintain our design system, ensuring scalability and consistency across all products
• Conduct and analyze user research to inform design decisions and improve user experiences
• Drive innovation by staying ahead of emerging technologies and design trends in the blockchain and gaming industries
• Facilitate cross-functional workshops and design sprints to generate breakthrough ideas
• Advocate for user-centered design principles throughout the organization

• At least 6 years of experience in product design, with a focus on creating exceptional user experiences

• An outstanding portfolio showcasing your expertise in UX/UI design, including complex projects and various UX artifacts
• Proven track record of leading design projects from conception to successful launch
• Strong understanding of design thinking methodologies and ability to apply them effectively
• Experience conducting user research and translating insights into actionable design solutions
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma – our primary design tool
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in fast-paced, agile environments
• Experience mentoring junior designers and contributing to team growth

Nice to haves

• Experience designing for crypto, DeFi, or web3 projects
• Knowledge of smart contract interactions and EVM constraints
• Experience designing for gaming platforms
