Key Responsibilities
The individual will be a part of a team and will be responsible for training and education, within the SCM FINOPS process. They will be required to
1.Develop a systematic training program to support the production team in achieving the individual targets aimed at always delivering the specified service level agreements.
2.Ensure that the relevant training materials are always kept updated
3, Conduct system and process training as required by the business needs (new hire training, refresher courses, cross-training etc) in conjunction with the team schedule on the floor.
4.Responsible for the creation and execution of a development program within SCM Finops process to ensure end to end process competence of nigh performers
5. Coordinates closely with process managers, team managers and SCM FINOPS specialist to identify training needs and/or gaps, schedule refresher training in a timely manner, help team be familiar with the system and process
6. Be responsible for competency measurement through the development of real competency measurement program within SCM Finops process to monitor the staff competency level in their respective process on a regular basis during the year
7, Assist in systems implementation, testing, training and issue resolution of existing global Maersk systems
8. ensure that company policies are executed accordingly and responsible for communication of company policies to trainees/end users.
Who are we looking for?
Applicants must hold a degree from a recognized university together with a minimum of 2 years relevant work experience in SCM FINOPS process or the shipping industry.
Additionally, candidate must have:
1. Excellent command of spoken and written English
2, Good communication and interpersonal skills; able to build good working relationship (internal and external)
3.Excellent time management skills; multitasking and prioritization, planning work activities efficiently to meet deadlines and high-level goals
4. The ability to prepare effective reports, with the capacity to handle change, stay open to different ideas and support positive changes
5. Good knowledge of SCM FINOPS process within the liner and transportation industry together with a good working knowledge of the integration of service delivery and process excellence nature in the BPO industry
6. The ability to deliver effective coaching to trainees and the desire to develop advanced training skills.
7. Flexibility to work across all shifts
8. Any experience of working in digital e-learning platforms is welcomed
