Job Summary

Job Description

As a Paid Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for managing and executing the overall advertising strategy across all platforms. This includes ensuring that advertising goals are met, monitoring daily sales performance for each store, and utilizing data analytics to optimize campaigns. You will also need to be well-versed in e-commerce advertising strategies and tools, including Alibaba, Jingdong, and Qianchuan. Additional responsibilities include cost and traffic analysis, suggesting advertising strategies, and securing paid traffic resources for the store. This role requires strong data analysis skills, communication skills, and a strategic mindset. Prior experience in the maternal and infant industry is a plus.

Must have:

5+ years of experience in e-commerce platform promotion
Strong data analysis skills
Experience with e-commerce advertising tools (Alibaba, Jingdong, Qianchuan)
Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Good to have:

Experience in creating and launching successful products
Familiarity with maternal and infant industry trends

Job Details

工作描述:

1. 负责管理全平台整体广告策略的策划与实施，确保广告指标的完成;

2. 对各门店的日常销售情况进行监控，包括流量、转化率、收藏、加购等指标，输出报告，及时发现异常并提出;

3. 熟悉各电商平台广告策略，精通广告工具(阿里妈妈/京准通/千川等)优化及数据跟踪分析报告。

4. 对店铺进行月度、季度、年度成本及流量分析(包括产品分析、人群AIPL分析、行业分析、竞争对手分析等)，根据分析结果，给出广告投放策略及调整建议;

5. 完成店铺付费流量获取，获取店铺活动资源定位，渠道外资源对接及流量获取，渠道优化建议，数据跟踪分析;

6. 合理分配和规划广告费用，制定ROI、UV等指标，并对广告方案与效果负责;

7. 熟练运用数据银行、达摩盘、策略中心等广告工具提供前瞻性分析和蓝海行业建议。

招聘要求:

1. 本科及以上学历;

2. 5年以上电商平台推广实践经验，有成功打造爆款经验者优先;

3. 有投放策略和品牌思维，数据分析能力强，工作认真细致;

4. 理解力强，逻辑思维敏捷，有良好的表达与沟通能力和团队合作精神，能不断探索新的运营思路和推广方法;

5. 对母婴行业趋势敏感，有相关品类经验者优先。
