Strategy Manager, Risk Control
Job Summary
Job Description
As a Strategy Manager, Risk Control at OKX, you will be responsible for analyzing user behavior data and establishing a risk behavior governance system to identify and mitigate risks. You will design and implement real-time risk control rules, conduct user quality research, and establish a differentiated risk management system. Additionally, you will monitor and report on risk situations and events, plan the construction of the risk control system, and drive the development of relevant functional requirements.
Must have:
- Bachelor's degree or above (Mathematics or Science preferred)
- 3+ years of experience in risk control, risk strategy, or user behavior analysis
- Result-oriented, risk-aware, and quick-thinking
- Experience in Data Analysis and mining
- Fluency in English and Chinese
Good to have:
- Experience in risk management in e-commerce, internet, retail, finance, or LIVE
- Experience in risk management, account security department, or security strategy

What You’ll Be Doing
- Analyse and understand data on user behaviour
- Establish a risk behavior governance system to strategise, identify and govern risk users
- Responsible for the life cycle management and design real-time risk control rules, implement differentiated risk control measures
- User quality research, target various types of users, conduct risk level analysis through full-process indicator monitoring, and establishes a differentiated risk management system based on user behavior.
- Regularly analyze and report on various risk monitoring situations and risk event tracking.
- Plan the functional construction of risk control system and promote the R&D and production process of relevant functional requirements.
What We Look For In You

Bachelor's degree or above, major in mathematics and science is preferred.

More than 3 years of experience in risk control, risk strategy, user behavior analysis, payment risk, etc.

Result-oriented, risk-aware, quick-thinking, able to quickly understand business intentions, rich experience in Data Analysis and mining, able to quickly respond to business, policy, and product iteration needs.
- Fluent in both English and Chinese to communicate with different stakeholders

Experience in risk management in industries such as e-commerce, internet, retail, finance, and LIVE is preferred.

Candidates with experience in risk management, account security department, and security strategy are preferred.
