Roles and Responsibilities:
 Attend dailies sessions
 Review, update and publish the schedules generated for the project
 Coordinate with the Supervisor to resolve conflicts or concerns
 Work with production team and Supervisor to assign artist’s work
 Keep all relevant databases up to date with department and show information with notes
 Be aware of the department’s immediate relationships up and down the pipeline.
 Monitor department efficiency alongside Production
 Manage team absence and reporting
 Supporting the Head of Department with performance management and assessment of the team
 Oversee the execution of client deliveries of all temps and finals
 Timesheet management
 If appropriate for your department, work with Render Support to ensure priorities are set and backlogs are solved


Requirements


 Anticipate problems and present solutions adapted to time and budget constraints
 Monitor technological developments
 Help to maintain a positive, upbeat and professional production office, being pro-active and solution-orientated
 Responsible to create syllabus across all the departments and ensure timely technical trainings are held
 Take responsibility for training the new crew and ensure that they have sufficient support from the supervisor and team leaders.
 Work with the department supervisor to identify training needs and ensure participation in training within the department
 Other ad hoc duties as may reasonably be expected
