Summary

As a PPC Manager at SDG, you'll be responsible for keyword research, launching and optimizing Google Ads and Bing Ads campaigns, and analyzing campaign performance using GA4, AppsFlyer, and internal CRM. You'll scale channels without increasing CPA, improving ROI, and managing remarketing campaigns. Responsibilities include testing new channels, ad types, landing pages, and creatives. The role requires expertise in Google Ads, strong analytical skills, and experience with multinational projects in performance-driven sectors like e-commerce, fintech, or gaming.

Our teams of digital nomads live and work remotely from Cyprus, Malta, the USA, Thailand, Indonesia, Hong Kong, Japan, Australia, Poland, Israel, Turkey, Latvia and many others.

Your tasks will be:

  • Keyword research;
  • Google Ads and Bing Ads campaigns launch and optimization;
  • Reporting and analysis of advertising campaigns; project & audience analytics via GA4, AppsFlyer, internal CRM and other tools;
  • Channels scaling without CPA growth, improve ROI and other key metrics;
  • Work with remarketing channels (Google Ads, Bing Ads);
  • Testing new channels, campaigns and ad types, landing page concepts and creatives.

We expect from you:

  • Google Ads expert knowledge is a must, at least 1-year experience in PPC/SEM;
  • Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets;
  • Good analytical skills and ability to interpret data;
  • Experience with the multi-national project;
  • Experience in performance projects: e-commerce, fintech, gaming, etc.
  • Campaign optimization by CPA, ROI;
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics and AppsFlyer;
  • English not lower than Upper Intermediate level;
  • Communication skills, creativity, and analytical thinking.
