Job Description

As Lead Graphic Designer in Playrix's Internal Events Team, you'll lead a team of two designers, manage project tasks, participate in brainstorming sessions, and contribute to various creative projects. Your responsibilities include developing designs for company merchandise, themed events, corporate materials, and social media graphics. You'll also work with game assets, creating illustrations and banners. Technical proficiency with templates is essential. This is a remote position offering a flexible schedule and the chance to work on impactful projects for a leading global company.

Must have:

Team management (2+ designers)
Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator proficiency
Graphic design principles knowledge
2D graphics & brand book experience

Team, about the role

We're seeking a Lead Graphic Designer to join the Internal Events Team. You'll not only manage the team, but also participate in the company's most interesting projects, creating creative concepts for events, merch, and corporate products. Tasks

● Management of a team of designers (2 employees);

● Distribution and prioritization of tasks within the project;

● Participation in brainstorming sessions for the preparation of designs and layouts;

● Participation in the development of ideas for the company merch store;

● Participation in the design of thematic events;

● Development of designs for souvenir products and printed materials;

● Preparation of graphics for corporate posts within the company;

● Preparation of illustrations with game graphics for different banner formats;

● Technical work with templates.

Requirements

● Experience in a similar position;

● Proficiency in the graphic programs Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator;

● Knowledge of graphic design principles;

● Ability to work with 2D graphics;

● Ability to work with a brand book and experience creating a corporate identity;

● Animation skills;

● Knowledge of the basics of color theory, composition, and layout;

● Understanding of printing processes and technologies;

● Proactivity in problem-solving;

● Attention to detail.
