The show explores deep and raw conversations about fame, love, relationships, and addiction, offering an intimate look into personal and emotional challenges. On the occasion of Mahesh Bhatt's 76th birthday, this podcast aims to create an authentic and thought-provoking listening experience that resonates with a wide audience.

**Job Description**:
We are seeking a highly creative and experienced **Podcast Director** to lead the development and production of *Maine Dil Se Kaha*. As the Podcast Director, you will oversee the entire creative and technical process, ensuring the podcast delivers emotionally powerful and unflinchingly honest episodes. This role involves collaborating closely with Mahesh and Pooja Bhatt to bring their vision to life, while also managing production logistics and maintaining the show's high quality.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Creative Direction**: Collaborate with Mahesh Bhatt, Pooja Bhatt, and the production team to shape the creative vision, episode themes, and tone of the podcast.

- **Content Development**: Work with writers and researchers to develop compelling scripts, episode outlines, and interview questions that delve into personal stories and broader societal issues around fame, love, and addiction.

- **Guest Coordination**: Identify and liaise with potential guests who can contribute to the narrative and themes of the show, aligning with the unfiltered nature of the discussions.

- **Production Oversight**: Supervise recording sessions, ensuring the highest audio quality and a smooth production process. This includes scheduling, directing talent, and overseeing the technical team.

- **Editing Supervision**: Collaborate with audio engineers and editors to refine episodes, ensuring the pacing, structure, and emotional impact align with the show's objectives.

- **Post-Production**: Oversee the final mixing and mastering of episodes, ensuring the podcast meets professional audio standards.

- **Branding & Promotion**: Work with the marketing team to develop strategies for promoting *Maine Dil Se Kaha*, ensuring it reaches its target audience. Contribute to social media and content strategy to build a strong listener community.

- **Project Management**: Ensure all episodes are delivered on schedule, manage budgets, and coordinate between various departments (content, production, and marketing).

**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience as a Podcast Director, Producer, or similar role in the podcast or media industry.

- Strong storytelling skills, with the ability to craft engaging and emotionally resonant narratives.

- Familiarity with the themes of fame, love, and addiction, and sensitivity in handling delicate subjects.

- Experience in managing podcast production, including audio editing, directing talent, and coordinating logistics.

- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate with high-profile talent.

- Knowledge of current trends in podcasting and digital media.

- Proficiency with podcast production software and audio editing tools.

**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Experience working with celebrity talent or high-profile personalities.
