Role overview

Our Solutions Data Optimization Specialist will play a key role in enhancing and maintaining internal systems to support the automation and reporting of player engagement data. This position is responsible for customizing fields and workflows within systems, optimizing current setups, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that processes align with overall business goals and operational needs.

What are we looking for? Our Solutions Data Optimization Specialist has a knack for the following skills:

Business

  • Demonstrates accuracy in managing Salesforce fields, workflows, and automation features to streamline processes
  • Ensures automation processes run smoothly and efficiently by regularly updating and maintaining client database fields and workflows
  • Analyzes the current database setup and provides thoughtful suggestions for enhancements to optimize performance and user experience
  • Works effectively with team members and relevant stakeholders to ensure alignment and integration of processes

Leadership

  • Takes initiative to identify issues and opportunities for improvement within the Salesforce setup, driving driving continuous improvement with conviction
  • Demonstrates a strong sense of ownership over initiatives, confidently sharing feedback and suggestions for continuous improvement

Analytics

  • Demonstrates thoroughness in managing Salesforce updates and reports, ensuring accuracy and reliability in all tasks
  • Designs and customizes reports and dashboards to meet specific business needs and ensure timely access to data
  • Analyzes existing tools configurations and identifies areas for improvement to enhance system efficiency
  • Proposes actionable solutions and improvements for the current tool setup

Communication

  • Clearly articulates ideas and feedback to team members and stakeholders, fostering open dialogue and collaboration
  • Builds strong work relationships and contributes positively to team dynamics and project success
  • Stays familiarized with tools and platforms that facilitate effective communication and collaboration with team members and stakeholders

You'd be a great fit for this role if you have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Experience in Salesforce management and automation processes to improve efficiency and user experience 
  • Previous experience in custom reporting and process improvement 
  • Strong sense of ownership and responsibility, taking initiative when needed
  • Relevant knowledge using Salesforce, Google Suite, MS Office and reporting tools such as but not limited to Data Studio, Power Bi and project management tools 
  • Relevant certifications in Salesforce (e.g., Salesforce Administrator or Salesforce Advanced Administrator) is an advantage
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in customer service/sales/marketing or related field is an advantage
