Job Description

The Parts Advisor Intern position in Tainan City involves managing parts inventory, supporting after-sales service, and liaising with suppliers. Responsibilities include answering inquiries, receiving and shipping materials, accurately recording issues in the dealer management system (DMS), analyzing and resolving supplier issues, documenting repair details, negotiating delivery times with suppliers, and performing other assigned tasks. The ideal candidate possesses basic automotive knowledge, experience in parts and material management, understands basic automotive operations and dealership processes, and is proficient in DMS and MS Office software. Excellent written communication skills in English and Chinese are essential.

Must have:

Answer inquiries (phone/email)
Manage parts inventory
Record issues in DMS
Resolve supplier issues
Document repair details
Negotiate with suppliers
Basic automotive knowledge
Parts/material management experience
DMS & MS Office proficiency
English/Chinese fluency

Good to have:

Understanding of dealership workflow
Knowledge of basic automotive operations and repair methods
