Job Description

Job Overview
The Notification Specialist coordinates shipping, installation, and regulatory notifications for AGS Slots and Tables products orders.  
Responsibilities
 
  • Monitor, control and manage business operations to meet customer expectations and company goals.
  • Thorough understanding of how to interpret regulatory shipping rules for the various products shipped to customers.
  • Review Microsoft Business Central cues to ensure notifications are sent to comply with regulatory requirements and desired delivery dates.
  • Ensure each order has the correct shipping addresses for cabinets, software and hardware.
  • Populate the Compliance Notification Date and Software Ship Date on each order requiring notification to be in accordance with the regulatory shipping rules.
  • Prepare and distribute shipping notifications to regulators, customers and AGS Sales, which may include special and complex customer/regulator supplied forms. 
  • Ensure compliance with company standards and procedures.
  • Address customer inquiries, resolve issues and proactively obtain customer feedback.
  • Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities.
  • Maintains positive and healthy relationships with various teams to ensure customer service effectiveness. 
  • Other duties as assigned.
 
Skills/Requirements 
  • High School or GED required
  • Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • 2 to 3 years of experience preferred
  • General knowledge of ERP and/or CRM systems
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Strong customer service skills: friendly, approachable, and motivated with a strong work ethic and high degree of integrity
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite Programs
