Job Description

This role involves providing technical support for the daily operations of the network, including troubleshooting problems, liaising with internal teams and vendors, and configuring, installing, testing, and troubleshooting network and telecommunication devices and services. Responsibilities include network maintenance and system upgrades, security implementation, and project management of park and resort expansion, system upgrades, and enhancements.

Must have:

Bachelor's Degree in Computing Science or equivalent experience
5 years of experience in technical support of networking systems
Hands-on experience with network, Wi-Fi, IP telephony, structured cabling system, and Telecom systems diagnostic
Strong problem-solving skills
Effective team player

Good to have:

Project management experience

Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

Provide technical support of daily network operation and problem resolution
Liaise and coordinate with internal teams and vendors in the project implementation, operation and problem resolution
Configure, install, testing and trouble shooting various network and telecommunication devices and services (including: routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, VPN, Wi-Fi system, Call Manager, IP Telephony)
Perform network maintenance and system upgrades including service packs, patches, hot fixes and security configurations
Select and implement security tools, policies, and procedures in conjunction with the security polices
Work within established configuration and change management policies to ensure awareness, approval and success of changes made to the network infrastructure
Project management of park & resort expansion, system upgrade and enhancement
Preparation of operational, training and project document

Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Computing Science, or equivalent professional experience
5 years of experience in technical support of networking systems
Hands-on experience with network, Wi-Fi, IP telephony, structured cabling system and Telecom systems diagnostic
An effective team player with a proven ability to resolve problems professionally and systematically
