About the Team: SoundOn is an all-in-one platform powered by TikTok, designed to better service music creators through each step of their career β€” from TikTok integrated promotion tools to universal music distribution, from diverse monetization opportunities to smart music creation. Responsibilities: - Act as campaign manager and form comprehensive promotion plans for artists together with A&R team, responsible for content creative support, resource coordination and campaign execution - Build and maintain a good connection with artists, support A&R team on artist communication regarding promotion progress and result delivery - Identify and monitor key digital & social platforms for emerging trends, creative ideas to effectively collaborate with internal teams - Responsible for media buying and exploring new feasible promotion channels according to business goals
Qualifications
