Job Description

Your influential mission. You will...

  • Provide comprehensive training sessions online and onsite to our operators and employees.
  • Collaborate with the product teams to make sure your knowledge and the training content is always up to date.
  • Engage with our commercial teams to identify specific training needs.
  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert and provide feedback on existing content.
  • Contribute to new content creation, while supporting the Learning and Development projects.
  • Identify upsell opportunities by understanding licensee needs and aligning them with our offering for products and Managed Services.
  • Updating relevant stakeholders on training feedback, and project status.

Qualifications

  • Have a minimum of 1 year of experience as a trainer, demonstrating your ability to effectively educate and engage learners.
  • Possess excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
  • Have a solid understanding of MS Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Are passionate about training, with a genuine enthusiasm for helping others learn and grow.
  • Excel as a communicator, able to convey complex information in an accessible manner.
  • Have excellent presentation and rhetorical abilities, effortlessly engaging and captivating your audience
  • Are self-driven, taking initiative and working independently to achieve your goals.
  • Thrive as a team player, collaborating effectively with colleagues to achieve shared objectives.
  • Demonstrate creativity in problem-solving, thinking outside the box to find innovative solutions.
