The Marketing Assistant will support the creation and execution of marketing campaigns across digital, social media, and traditional channels. Responsibilities include conducting market research, planning and coordinating events, developing and executing email marketing campaigns, collaborating with the design team, monitoring campaign performance, and providing insights for improvement. The role requires strong communication skills, innovative thinking, project management abilities, attention to detail, and familiarity with various marketing tools and techniques. Additional ad-hoc tasks will be assigned as needed.
Must have:
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
  • Familiarity with social media, email marketing, SEO
  • Data interpretation and analysis skills
Good to have:
  • Prior marketing experience or internships
  • Ability to generate innovative marketing ideas

Job Description

As the Marketing Assistant, you'll be:

  • Assisting in the creation and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, and traditional avenues.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer needs, providing valuable insights to understanding industry trends, emerging technologies, and translating them into best practices in marketing.
  • Support the planning and coordination of events, trade shows, and other promotional activities.
  • Assist in the development and execution of email marketing campaigns, including list management and content creation.
  • Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and digital assets.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns using analytics tools, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Any ad hoc tasks as deem required.

 

The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Ability to generate innovative marketing ideas.
  • Capability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in marketing materials.
  • Familiarity with social media, email marketing, SEO, etc.
  • Capacity to interpret marketing data and metrics.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within the APAC team.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to evolving marketing trends.
  • Prior marketing experience or internships are beneficial.
