Job Description

Smilegate RPG seeks a seasoned Scenario Planner for their highly anticipated LOST ARK Mobile project. The successful candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in scenario planning and a proven ability to craft engaging, emotionally resonant storylines. Responsibilities include: developing and documenting the game's narrative, managing resources, collaborating with the development team, and ensuring the storyline aligns with the overall game vision. Ideal candidates possess strong communication and writing skills, a deep understanding of game development and narrative design, and ideally experience with the LOST ARK universe.

Must have:

5+ years scenario planning experience
Strong storytelling and writing skills
Understanding of game development process
LOST ARK world understanding (preferred)
Resource management and collaboration skills

Good to have:

Creative and innovative thinking
Experience with mobile game development

자격요건

- 시나리오 기획 실무 경력 5년 이상인 분 - 담당 프로젝트의 전반적 세계관을 이해하고, 몰입감 높은 스토리와 설정을 제작할 수 있는 분 - 참신하고 유연한 상상력을 바탕으로 여운과 감동을 주는 스토리를 제작할 수 있는 분 - 시나리오의 게임화, 연출제작 과정을 이해하고 계신 분 - 프로젝트 개발 및 출시 경험이 있는 분

필요역량

- 시나리오 기획 내용을 문서화하여 타인을 이해시킬 수 있는 능력 - 원활한 커뮤니케이션 능력 - 책임감 강하고 성실하신 분

우대사항

- LOST ARK 세계관을 이해하고 플레이 경험이 많으신 분 - 참신한 아이디어가 넘치시는 분
