LOST ARK Character Combat Planner

Smilegate RPG is seeking a skilled and passionate [LOST ARK] Character Combat Planner to contribute to the development and operation of their globally acclaimed MMORPG, Lost Ark. Responsibilities include planning and implementing combat systems for various classes, analyzing player feedback, designing new classes, improving existing ones, and maintaining combat balance. The ideal candidate will have experience in class creation, a deep understanding of game mechanics, and a strong passion for action RPGs. They should possess the ability to analyze combat systems, effectively communicate balance adjustments, and work collaboratively to deliver exceptional results. Experience playing and understanding Lost Ark's end-game content and the ability to articulate improvement suggestions are highly valued.
