Job Details
Key Responsibilities
- Develop the initial high-level schedule of deliverable milestones and dates
- Work with the supervisory team to assess the original scope of work and all creative iterative changes from a time, schedule, and budget perspective
- Contribute to the determination of show crewing and scheduling, adapting and updating plans as the show progresses and evolves.
- Take charge of the day-to-day operations of the show, overseeing Digital Production Managers, VFX Coordinators, and other production staff members
- Ensure the overall timely flow of information within the show, promoting efficient communication among team members, and addressing any bottlenecks that may impede progress
Minimum Qualifications
- Three (3) years of experience similar role within the VFX industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in English
- Experience managing multi-vendor productions of 500+ shots
