At Salesforce, Product UX is owning the development of next-gen user experiences across our product portfolio. As UX Marketing and enablement Managers, we craft compelling stories and deliver influential campaigns to Trailblazers and design communities around the world.
We develop high-quality product messaging and positioning, campaigns, go-to-market (GTM) programs, events, executive communications, and external enablement. We define our success by our ability to deliver relevant content that drives the adoption of the Lightning Design System and creates awareness of Salesforce’s dedication to ease-of-use and usability.
Role Description
We are looking for a self-motivated, team-orientated, and hardworking Lead UX Marketing & Enablement Manager, passionate about GTM strategy and delivery. You will be a design system and marketing authority able to translate the needs of technical roles and sellers across marketing, partner and sales enablement, product, and field teams. You will be responsible for a wide variety of initiatives that support product adoption and help drive deals to close. The ideal candidate enjoys tackling ambiguity, establishing clear solutions, and guiding strategy. Our work stretches across products, roles, and personas. This is a dynamic and constantly evolving landscape. An intrinsic motivation to problem-solve and ability to thrive in ambiguity are required.

For Washington-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $176,800 to $243,100.Compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
