We are seeking a Sales Enablement Manager at Bragg Gaming will play a critical role in driving the efficiency and effectiveness of the sales team. This position will focus on equipping the sales team with the necessary resources, tools, training, and strategies to enhance performance and accelerate revenue growth. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of sales processes, a strategic mindset, and the ability to work cross-functionally to ensure alignment and success in a fast-paced environment.
Your responsibilities:
- Training and Development, Onboarding:
- Collaborate with the Commercial leadership to deliver and integrate the Bragg Way of Selling methodology to optimize revenue-generating activities across teams.
- Lead regular training sessions, including onboarding for new commercial team members, ensuring they are equipped to hit revenue targets and align with evolving industry demands.
- Implement everboarding programs to continuously educate the sales force on new products, features, industry trends, and best practices, driving continuous improvement in revenue performance.
- Oversee the onboarding of clients and partners to ensure seamless integration, accelerating time to value and optimizing long-term revenue potential.
- Revenue Growth Strategies:
- Develop and implement revenue optimization strategies that align with company objectives, ensuring sustained growth across different markets and segments.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine pricing models, product positioning, and go-to-market strategies aimed at increasing revenue and market share.
- Continuously analyze key revenue metrics such as average deal size, win rates, and sales cycle length, identifying areas for improvement and implementing data-driven strategies to enhance performance.
- Client Intelligence and Market Insight:
- Serve as the central point of contact for gathering and sharing client intelligence, ensuring sales teams have access to critical information that drives revenue.
- Track competitor actions, commercial terms, and market share dynamics, providing insights that inform competitive pricing strategies and help capture revenue opportunities.
- Content Creation and Management:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and manage a library of sales collateral, including product sheets, case studies, battlecards, and presentations, tailored to maximize sales effectiveness and revenue potential.
- Ensure the sales team has easy access to relevant, up-to-date content throughout the sales cycle to support their efforts in closing high-value deals and hitting revenue targets.
- Prioritize marketing resources and initiatives that directly impact revenue generation, ensuring alignment with sales objectives.
- Sales Playbooks and Revenue Optimization Meetings:
- Develop and maintain sales playbooks that outline best practices, processes, and strategies for optimizing revenue through sales efficiency and effectiveness.
- Organize and facilitate quarterly sales meetings focused on revenue performance, sharing key insights, reviewing goals, and providing updates on company earnings and strategic initiatives.
- Revenue Technology Implementation:
- Lead the integration of new technologies, including AI-driven tools and automation solutions, to optimize sales processes, pipeline management, and decision-making.
- Implement tools that provide the sales team with real-time data and analytics, empowering them to make informed decisions that drive revenue growth.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Act as a single point of contact for the Commercial team, coordinating with marketing, product, legal, and data teams to ensure alignment on revenue objectives and efficient execution.
- Work closely with finance and operations teams to align on revenue forecasts, budgeting, and performance metrics.
- Ensure feedback from sales is communicated to other departments, driving product improvements, marketing initiatives, and strategic adjustments that support revenue growth.
What you bring to the team:
- Proven experience in commercial operations, revenue optimization office, enablement office, sales operations, or a similar role.
- Strong project management skills with a demonstrated ability to execute complex, cross-functional initiatives.
- Expertise in new technologies such as AI, machine learning, automation, and data analytics tools.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable business insights.
- Excellent communication skills with a track record of effective stakeholder management.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Bonus points if:
- Experience in Gaming or a similar fast-paced commercial environment.
- Familiarity with CRM Salesforce, Tableau, ERP systems, and commercial performance tools.
- Strong understanding of financial analysis, project management, budgeting, and forecasting.
