Your New Role... 

WB Games is seeking a Lead Product Manager. Your new role is vital to set the team up for success in creating a game that will become a leader in AAA free-to-play experiences. 

Your Role Accountabilities... 

• Oversees the work of assigned staff, ensuring they understand requirements and meet expectations   

• Helps develop staff skills and careers through coaching, training, and hands on problem solving 

• Work directly with team members to prioritize the product roadmap and measure the impact of product changes 

• Collaborate with team members to define, design and manage features that support our strategic goals 

• Establish and drive KPI targets for our most important features and initiatives 

• Monitor product performance of owned features and a category of our KPIs 

Qualifications & Experience... 

• Growth mindset 

• 5+ years of experience in games product management 

• Will consider high performing product managers with deep mobile app experience, but preference is someone with mobile games experience 

• Strong management skills showcasing ability to motivate and develop your staff 

• Expert of free to play mobile business models with a deep understanding of game mechanics and best practices 

• Strong critical thinking skills and sound judgement. 

• Significant understanding of KPIs and how to they drive engagement, retention, and monetization 

• Record of accomplishments driving game feature development, live operations, or managing a small team 

• Ability with leveraging game metrics to shape hypotheses and develop experiments that solve complex design challenges and have deep impact on product performance 

• Must be able to thrive in a fast-paced, startup-like environment 

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills – Ability to present complex information at the highest levels within the organization effectively 

• Seek out opportunities to improve professionally 

• A passion for video games
