Mobiquest (Paytm M’Loyal) is a self-serve mobile loyalty, data analytics & precision marketing platform. The scope of responsibilities of this role includes: working on CRM programs, managing the brand’s growth and retention, managing key accounts, acting as a CRM consultant, increasing store walk-ins, having monthly meetings with CXO and Marketing heads, conducting F2F/Virtual meetings with clients, producing periodic analyses, supporting business analytics, identifying customer segments, and prioritizing and executing tasks in a high-pressure environment.
Must have:
- 5-8 years of experience in key account management
- Prior experience in managing CRM programs
- Branding and brand management
- Aptitude for problem solving and quantitative skill
- Good written and interpersonal skills
- Expertise in MS Excel & MS Powerpoint
- Experience of working on Advanced analytics

Mobiquest (Paytm M’Loyal) is a self-serve mobile loyalty, data analytics & precision marketing platform that beautifully combines the use of mobile technology, coupled with web based CRM and visual analytics to produce amazing business results for retail brands. The ease of deployment, hassle free SAAS model and fanatic functionality makes it the most desirable tool for marketers to drive huge ROI on their marketing ideas / campaigns / budgets.
The scope of responsibilities of this role includes:
•Work on CRM programs and manage the brand’s growth and retention. Manage key accounts for the zone and ensure that the brand’s revenue grows.
•Works effectively both independently and as a member of a cross functional team
Act as an CRM Consultant for providing solutions to Clients- business needs
•Increase store walk-ins by suggesting smart cohorts to brands
•Have monthly meetings with CXO, Marketing heads for program performance of the brand and their CRM program
•Have min 2 F2F/Virtual meeting with the client at his office to review the growth of the program
•To produce periodic as well as one-off analyses to aid the decision makers
Supporting the analytics needs of business by analyzing data from multiple sources including CRM data & the external data from the clients.
•Skilled in Effective and persuasive presentations (verbal and written)
Identifying (existing and new) customer segments where there is a potential for activities to increase customer engagement, sales or profitability
•Min 5-8 years of experience in key account management
•Prior experience in managing CRM programs, branding and brand management
•Aptitude for problem solving and quantitative skill
•Good written and interpersonal skills
•Expertise in MS Excel & MS Powerpoint is a must
•Experience of working on Advanced analytics
•Able to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
