Job Description

Java Technical Lead with 8+ years of experience in Java/J2EE development, 5+ years in designing Java, J2EE, Spring boot and Web Services, and expertise in microservices, NoSQL databases, and Kafka/RabbitMQ. Strong analytical and design skills required for leading a POD and collaborating with client architects.

What You'll Do

Develop code using the latest Java, Spring, and NO SQL technologies
Solve technical problems using cutting-edge technologies and best practices
Propose different ways to solve the same problem and showcase why one solution is better
Ensure all aspects of the technical design are correctly incorporated
Contribute technical expertise to all projects as required

What You Know

A minimum of 8+ years of Java/J2EE development experience.
Should have 5+ years of design experience Java, J2EE, Spring boot and Web Services Technologies, SOAP and/or REST) and experience in Java 8 or 11, with Spring Webflux and Reactive is strongly preferred.
Should have 5+ years of hands-on experience with building microservices using REST and SOAP/XML.
Should have 5+ years of hands-on experience in variety of database technologies, including No SQL (such as MongoDB, Cassandra) including experience with DML, DDL and Query Optimization.
Must have 5+ years of experience with systems Integration including building event-based messaging, high-volume real time data streaming using Kafka, RabbitMQ.
Hands-on experience with technologies like Containers, Docker, Kubernetes, Microsoft Azure is strongly preferred.
Hands on experience with In-Memory Datastore/Cache Experience (Redis or MemCache) is strongly preferred.
Significant experience with the full software development lifecycle and software development methodologies (Agile, Iterative).
Significant experience in capacity planning, systems performance analysis and optimization in a distributed client/server environment, and experience in building Resilient Active/Active strongly preferred.
Strong analysis, design, and programming skills.
Looking for leads who is good in managing an entire POD from all modules.
Need to connect with client Architects on a regular basis and commit to the development deliverables.
