Role Overview: As an IT Administrator, you will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving various technical issues related to Mac configurations, OKTA, ZSCALER, Python scripts, network connectivity, and IT help desk functions. You will play a crucial role in maintaining operational efficiency and ensuring that employees can work without interruptions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist employees with setting up and troubleshooting Mac/Windows configurations, including software installations, system settings, and application support.
- Manage and troubleshoot OKTA, ZSCALER related issues, including Single Sign-On (SSO) and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) problems including network security and access problems.
- Diagnose and resolve network connectivity issues, including troubleshooting local and remote network problems.
- Handle day-to-day IT help desk requests, including user account management, password resets, and general technical support.
- Utilize and manage basic IT tools and software required for troubleshooting and support.
- Utilize Jira for tracking and managing support tickets and tasks.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Proven experience in IT support or a similar role, with hands-on experience in Mac configuration, OKTA, ZSCALER, Python, and network troubleshooting.
- Education: Relevant technical certification with Bachelors/Master degree is a plus.
