As an Integrated Marketing Manager, you will lead the go-to-market strategy for our Sportsbook product. This role is accountable for leading the go-to-market strategy for critical sporting moments at DraftKings by setting objectives, designing and building integrated marketing campaigns, mobilizing stakeholders cross functionally while executing across all stages of the marketing funnel in a consumer-centric manner to exceed business goals. Your focus will ensure there is a cohesive consumer experience across the DraftKings ecosystem, comprehensive of Growth Marketing, Product, Content, Media, Brand, Partnerships, Creative, Owned & Earned disciplines.
Serve as the focal point for cross-functional communication & execution of marketing initiatives for our Sportsbook product.
Collaborate with internal team members to represent marketing needs and develop our marketing approach with an eye on effectiveness, scale and efficiency.
Synthesize a wide range of data sources and internal metrics to develop cohesive storytelling narratives that inspire and empower cross-functional team members to effectively activate against company goals.
Spearhead development of marketing & creative briefs to influence creative positioning and advertising materials to direct internal creative teams and external agencies to bring designed marketing plans to life in various consumer-facing channels.
Develop OKRs for your dedicated lane of work and recommend KPI targets and measurement frameworks for performance tracking & optimizations.
Lead company-wide kickoff meetings and follow ups to communicate project milestones, objectives and toolkits for created marketing campaigns.
Assist in long term development of DraftKings sports marketing team vision, identifying growth opportunities and innovation within existing workflows
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related fields. MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
At least 5 years of proven experience in Marketing or strategic planning roles.
Knowledge and experience with product marketing, integrated media planning & brand building in a consumer-focused industry is a must.
Data-driven mindset that with ability to synthesize complex data sets into compelling narratives and recommendations
Excellent communication skills and an ability to collaborate across several diverse business functions with inclusivity and connectedness
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is 117,800.00 USD - 147,200.00 USD, plus bonus, equity, and benefits as applicable. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
