As an Affiliate and Partnership Coordinator at Stake Perú, you will play a crucial role in expanding our brand's reach and driving growth. Your responsibilities include managing and fostering relationships with partners and affiliates, serving as a key link between our company and the affiliate network. You will strategically identify and recruit affiliates and secure sponsorship opportunities. Additionally, you will drive traffic, customer acquisition, and revenue, enhancing our brand's visibility and success in the competitive gambling industry.

Role and Responsibilities

As an Affiliate and Partnership Coordinator, your role will cover a wide range of responsibilities, including:

  • Research and identify potential sponsorship opportunities that align with the company's brand and objectives, such as sports teams, events, or influencers.
  • Find affiliates, onboard them, and integrate them into Stake Perú.
  • Managing all the affiliates and recruiting new ones to ensure maximum referral traffic from the affiliate network.
  • Monitor and evaluate affiliate performance to ensure KPIs are met, and analyze campaigns and traffic sources for improvement opportunities.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to provide affiliates with marketing materials, including banners, landing pages, and other promotional content.
  • Manage budget and ensure compliance with sponsorships and affiliate programs, maintaining adherence to all regulations.
  • Pay affiliates at the end of the month, ensuring payments are within budget limits.
  • Handle relationships with sponsors and partners to ensure ongoing collaboration and satisfaction.
  • Design and implement sponsorship campaigns, including branding, advertising, and promotional activities tied to sponsored events or entities.
  • Develop and negotiate sponsorship deals and contracts to ensure they meet both the company's and the sponsor’s needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment in marketing strategies, initiatives, company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Stay current with trends in online gaming, affiliate marketing, sponsorship, and PR, adapting strategies to keep efforts fresh and relevant.
  • Share educational content with affiliates through newsletters.

Work experience and skills

  • Proven experience in sponsorship and public relations roles, preferably within the gambling or entertainment industry.
  • Knowledge or experience with affiliate platforms and social media.
  • Experience in planning and executing events, including sponsorship activations and public relations events.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish.
  • Ability to draft compelling press releases, presentations, and sponsorship proposals.
  • Strong negotiation abilities to develop and finalize sponsorship agreements and partnerships.
  • Ability to develop and implement strategic sponsorship and PR plans that align with company objectives and target market needs.
  • Proficiency in evaluating the effectiveness of sponsorships and PR campaigns using various metrics and analytics tools.
  • Budget management.
