The Insurance Administrator will work within our Insurance Services Team to ensure we deliver an outstanding customer experience. Insurance Services are vital to the success of Fairmatic and as our Insurance Administrator, you will play an important role in supporting the day-to-day running of our operation.

You will be helping our customers get the Fairmatic policy they need. You will work within a team to execute on various tasks associated with issuing and maintaining insurance policies, supporting brokers and assisting our Customer and Underwriting Teams.

A day in the life of an Insurance Specialist:
Building policy packets for distribution in accordance with state regulations and carrier guidelinesProcessing endorsements and related policy changes in a timely manner
Assessing motor vehicle records and reporting with state jurisdictionsFollowing up on non-driving duty forms to ensure complete understanding of risk profilesPreparing policy administration files to ensure they meet regulatory and compliance guidelines
Supporting data entry, reporting, ad hoc tasks and projects across the teamSending loss runs to our partnersSending policy packets to our claims handlers

A day in the life of an Insurance Specialist:

    • Processing endorsements and related policy changes in a timely manner
    • Assessing motor vehicle records and reporting with state jurisdictions

    • Supporting data entry, reporting, ad hoc tasks and projects across the team
    • Sending loss runs to our partners
    • Sending policy packets to our claims handlers
