Our Nasdaq Global Perception practice provides our clients with market perspectives, context within the evolving investment landscape, and actionable insights to make valuable contributions to dealings with the financial community and to improve their overall perception. We consult IR professionals, senior executives, and Boards across all market capitalizations, industries, and regions.

The senior analyst will start as a perception analyst, focusing on speaking with investment professionals on behalf of our publicly traded clients, conducting in-depth research and analysis, and translating findings into actionable, C-suite and Board-ready results.

After 1-2 years, the role will have an expanded focus, giving you exposure to Shareholder Analysis and Investor Targeting to provide you with the expertise to be a well-rounded investor relations specialist.

What will you be doing?

  • Engaging in in-depth discussions with investment professionals on behalf of publicly traded companies to understand their market perception on various fronts

  • Applying expertise to interpret qualitative feedback and benchmarking data collected, to draw conclusions, and to develop strategic recommendations

  • Delivering and communicating a polished, comprehensive analysis of key findings

  • Serving as the primary analyst for key customers largely based in Europe, Middle East, Africa, and Asia-Pacific regions; contributing to Americas projects with a global focus

  • Maintaining awareness of the evolution of IR on a global and regional scale, including shifts in responsibilities and core challenges that call for guidance on market dynamics, industry standards, and general best practices

  • Working closely with team members on group projects, sharing knowledge, and providing support where needed

  • Advancing the value of existing client relationships by recognizing shifts in companies’ corporate culture, strategy, and/or business and aligning project design and delivery accordingly

  • Gaining practical knowledge and hands-on experience in Shareholder Analysis and Investor Targeting

Over time, the role will offer an opportunity to:

  • Discover the data, information sources, and processes to conduct comprehensive Shareholder Analysis

  • Perform Shareholder Analysis to uncover institutional ownership trends, providing clients with detailed insights on current shareholder composition

  • Lead Investor Targeting projects to help clients proactively connect with potential investors that align with their company’s story

  • Support IR teams in evaluating and adjusting investor outreach strategies based on market changes and evolving shareholder base

Who are we looking for?

Monthly salary (before tax): from 2500 to 2800 EUR, depending on your level of experience. We are open to discussing a different salary based on your skills and proficiencies.

What happens now?

This is a full-time permanent position on-site in Vilnius. We advocate flexible ways of working and have a hybrid remote/in-office setting with a minimum 2 days per week in the office.
