The impact you will have

Joining our Geneva HR Ops team, you will have a key-impact on our daily operations. Covering for holidays and other absences, you will be a support point for the team. Fast learner, able to jump into a new environment and be quickly operational, you will help us with higher levels of workload and to guarantee a high level of service to all SonarSourcers.

On a daily basis, you will

    • Manage all the requests for working permits with the Swiss authorities;
    • Be responsible for requests for family allowance, absence management (including long leave), APG ( maternity, paternity), and accident declaration.
    • Reply to questions and manage the process for taxation at source, Pension plan, AVS
    • Generate work certificates
    • Responsible for employee life-cycle onboarding: contract edition, employee follow-up, coordinating with the teams

The skills you demonstrate

    • English mandatory
    • Min 2 years experience in an International environment in a private company not only OI
    • CH - Labor law knowledge
    • Rigorous
    • Strong communication and listening skills
    • Process follower
    • Autonomous and being able to make the best course of decision and action with limited information
    • Team player, receiving and giving feedback as well as sharing knowledge
    • Proactive
