Head of Engineering

We’re looking for a Head of Engineering to lead our Remote Gaming Platform (RGP) and London based studio teams. The RGP is our innovative platform which delivers exciting world class games and enables us to deliver games around the world, providing thrilling gaming experiences to millions of players!

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing engineering activities, ensuring the delivery of high-quality products, and driving improvements in delivery. They will be reporting into the VP of Technology and work closely with Architecture, Product, Live Operations, and Compliance groups.

• Architecting the Future: Leads and inspires multiple development teams to design and deliver top-tier products, pushing the envelope of what's possible in the gaming industry.

• Championing Excellence: Oversees all engineering activities, ensuring our products are of the highest quality and our processes are continually evolving and improving. Drives ongoing enhancement of engineering practices and processes to elevate our team's performance and product quality.

• Strategic Alignment: Aligns our engineering efforts with broader business and technical strategies, ensuring seamless integration and spectacular results.

• Performance Metrics: Defines and develops key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess and drive continuous improvement and excellence in every project.

• Clear Communication: Establishes clear, effective communication channels across internal teams and external partners, ensuring everyone is in sync and moving towards our shared goals.

• Talent Cultivator: Coaches and guides your teams, creating an environment where talent flourishes and innovation thrives.
