Job Description

Hong Kong Disneyland Resort seeks a full-time Guest Relations Host to deliver world-class service. Responsibilities include handling guest inquiries, requests, and comments; achieving Disney service standards exceeding guest expectations; assisting with group ticketing operations and cash handling; and maintaining a professional image while upholding guest privacy. The role requires fluency in Cantonese, English, and Putonghua, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and willingness to work across various resort locations, including outdoors. The resort operates 365 days a year, requiring shift work including weekends and holidays.

Must have:

Fluent in Cantonese, English, Putonghua
Exceptional guest service skills
Cash handling experience
Professional image & discretion
Adaptable to fast-paced environment

Good to have:

Other foreign languages
Hospitality/Tourism Management qualifications

Responsibilities:

Handling Guests’ enquiries, requests and comments
Achieve Disney service standard which beyond Guests’ expectation proactively
Assist in group ticketing operations with cash handling duties

Basic Qualifications:

Ability to speak fluent Cantonese, English and Putonghua. (Welcome Non-Chinese speaking candidates!)
Ability to reflect a professional image while maintaining Guest privacy
Ability to perform in a fast-paced and sometimes stressful working environment
Willingness to work at different locations in the resort area, including outdoor locations
Full-Time availability is required

Ability to speak other Foreign language(s)
Formal qualifications from Hotel, Hospitality or Tourism Management related courses

Additional Information:

SCHEDULE AVAILABILITY Our Theme Park and Resort Hotels operate 365 days a year. Candidates will need to work shifts according to a roster that is determined by the Company, including shifts on Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays.
