Group IT Strategy Planning
Job Summary
Job Description
This role involves developing and managing long-term IT strategies, creating and overseeing IT business plans, and managing the IT Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) framework. The successful candidate will identify and resolve IT strategic and planning issues. They should possess 7-10 years of relevant experience in IT strategy/planning, DX, or PMO. A comprehensive understanding of IT technologies (projects, operations, security) is crucial. The position requires strategic and logical thinking, understanding of key business processes, strong communication and documentation skills, and excellent collaboration abilities.
Must have:
- 7-10 years IT strategy/planning experience
- Comprehensive IT knowledge (projects, operations, security)
- Strategic & logical thinking for IT planning
- Strong communication & documentation skills
- IT GRC framework management
Good to have:
- IT related degree (MIS, Computer Science)
- Experience across IT areas (strategy/planning, projects, operations/development, procurement)
- Data analysis and data platform experience

- IT 중장기 전략 수립 및 운영 기획
- IT 사업계획 수립 및 관리
- IT GRC (Governance, Risk, Compliance) 대응 체계 총괄
- IT전략/기획 레벨의 개선 과제 도출 및 개선 방안 수립
자격요건
- 유관 경력 7년 ~ 10년 (IT 전략/기획, DX, PMO 등)
- IT 기술 관련 전반적 지식 보유 (프로젝트, IT운영, 보안 등)
필요역량
- 전략적, 논리적 사고 기반 IT 전략 수립 및 기획 능력
- IT와 연관된 기업 주요 프로세스에 대한 전반적 이해
- 원활한 커뮤니케이션 및 문서 작성 역량
- 연관 부서와 협업 역량
우대사항
- IT 관련 전공자 (경영정보시스템, 컴퓨터공학 등)
- 전반적인 IT 영역에 대한 경험(전략/기획, 프로젝트, 운영/개발, 구매 등)
- 데이터분석, 데이터플랫폼에 대한 경험 및 이해
