Job Description

Larian Studios seeks a Senior Graphic Designer to join the Digital Team and contribute to internal tools and web platforms. This role requires 8+ years of experience in web design, print design, photo manipulation, UX, and UI projects. Must have proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Sketch, or Figma, and strong communication and analytical skills.

Must have:

Web design experience
Print design experience
Photoshop proficiency
Illustrator proficiency

Good to have:

InDesign proficiency
Sketch proficiency
Figma proficiency
UI/UX experience

As we move on to new projects, the studio that brought you Baldur’s Gate 3 & Divinity: Original Sin 2 is looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to join the Digital Team and help us build internal tools and web-based platforms for our players.

Responsibilities

Developing print projects, with the ability to prepare materials based on print house guidelines
Working on building interactive prototypes of functional web pages and web applications that effectively communicate design concepts and interactions
Creation of high-quality websites and web applications
Photo retouching and creating illustrations for creative purposes
Close collaboration with various team members, including Publishing, Tools & Tech, and the Design Team, to ensure smooth implementation of goals and needs of these teams
Creation of high-quality graphics for Social Media
Managing your work time on the Jira platform.

Requirements

8+ years of experience as a graphic designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing previous web design, print design, photo manipulation, UX, and UI projects, along with the design process leading to the final solution.
Excellent knowledge of Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Sketch, or Figma.
Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and advocate for user experience best practices.
Experience in designing complex digital platforms or products.
Proficient in English communication.
