Job Description

We are looking for a talented Web Designer to join the D2P (Direct-to-Player) marketing team and contribute to creating engaging marketing visuals for Ubisoft+ and Ubisoft Store services. You will be responsible for producing marketing content for various events such as game launches, advertising campaigns, newsletters, and other projects related to marketing operations.

The ideal candidate should possess a dynamic creative spirit, pay attention to detail, and be able to adapt quickly in a constantly evolving work environment. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that all D2P channels are well-served and relevant to our audience.

What you'll do

  • Create, design, and format original visual concepts supporting our marketing event calendar, from ideation to finalization, covering various projects related to D2P services, including:
    • Ubisoft Platforms
    • Social Media
    • Newsletters
    • Paid Media
    • Other specific needs
  • Maintain, apply, and enhance our brand identity for D2P services, particularly Ubisoft+.
  • Create marketing content in line with the graphic standards of Ubisoft's game portfolio and participate in the development of creative solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Operations, Development, Experience) to successfully execute various projects.

Required Experience

  • Degree in graphic design (AEC, DEC, or Bachelor’s) or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in graphic design.
  • Experience in a digital marketing, subscription, or e-commerce environment.

Technical Skills/Tools Required

  • Adobe Creative Suite:
    • Photoshop (required)
    • Illustrator (required)
    • After Effects (asset)
    • InDesign (familiarity)
  • Prototyping / Collaboration Tools:
    • Figma (required)
    • Miro (asset)
  • Other Tools:
    • Microsoft Office
    • AI tools (exploration and integration into processes) (required)
  • Knowledge of video games (a plus).
  • Experience working on Mac OS (must also be familiar with PC).
