We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Go-to-Market Lead to spearhead our automotive software initiatives. This role is pivotal in driving the market introduction and growth of our cutting-edge software solutions tailored for the automotive industry. As the Go-to-Market Lead, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive strategies that ensure our products meet market demands and achieve commercial success.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, marketing, sales, and customer support, to align product features with market needs and to create compelling value propositions. Your role will involve conducting in-depth market analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape, enabling you to make informed decisions and strategic recommendations.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies for automotive software products.

Lead business development efforts to identify and secure new opportunities and partnerships.

Collaborate with product development teams to align product features with market needs.

Conduct market analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.

Drive the creation and implementation of marketing campaigns to promote software solutions.

Manage the product launch process, ensuring timely and successful market entry.

Monitor and report on the performance of go-to-market initiatives, adjusting strategies as needed.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams.

Business Development: Proven track record in identifying and securing new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth.

Strategy Development: Expertise in formulating and implementing effective business strategies that align with company goals and market demands.

Go-to-Market: Extensive experience in planning and executing go-to-market strategies, including product launches, market entry, and growth initiatives.

Automotive Experience: In-depth knowledge of the automotive industry, including market trends, customer needs, and regulatory requirements.

Software Development: Strong understanding of software development processes, including product lifecycle management, agile methodologies, and technical requirements.

Marketing: Experience in developing and executing marketing strategies, including digital marketing, content creation, and brand management.
