Scopely is looking for a Global HSE Partner to join our People team in Barcelona working from the hub.

What You’ll Do

You will develop and implement comprehensive benefits and health, safety, and environment (HSE) programs and policies across all our global locations. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with local regulations, promote employee well-being and foster a safety and health culture within the organization.

  • Support the development, implementation, and day-to-day management of global and local HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) programs, including wellness initiatives.
  • Partner with vendors to ensure effective delivery of services and compliance with HSE regulations.
  • Design and deliver communication strategies to inform employees about wellness and HSE programs.
  • Conduct training on HSE policies, safety practices, and emergency procedures to ensure a safe and informed workforce.
  • Analyze data and trends in HSE to assess program effectiveness, identify areas for improvement, and align programs with business objectives.
  • Oversee compliance with HSE regulations across all locations, conduct regular risk assessments and audits, and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Lead investigations of workplace incidents to prevent future occurrences.
  • Provide guidance on HSE-related inquiries, leave of absence (LOA) questions, and coordinate LOA reconciliations.
  • Partner with HR, legal, operations, and facilities teams to ensure all Scopely hubs are HSE-compliant.
  • Maintain accurate records of HSE performance and incidents, prepare reports, and collaborate with regional and local teams to ensure consistent implementation of HSE programs.
What We’re Looking For:
  • 5-7 years in global HSE management with a strong understanding of HSE regulations and best practices
  • Relevant certifications such as Certified Safety Professional (CSP)
  • Strategic and problem-solving thinking, attention to detail, and excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills. 
  • Proficiency in English, and the ability to manage multiple projects and work cross-functionally.
  • Leadership, cultural sensitivity, and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset.
