Job Description
This is a full-time Game Customer Service position located in Chengmai. Responsibilities include responding to player inquiries and complaints through various channels (customer service backend, WeChat, phone), prioritizing efficient problem-solving, ensuring accurate and timely responses, and focusing on enhancing player satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have experience with online games, especially card games like Sichuan Mahjong and Dou Dizhu, excellent communication and problem-solving skills, a strong service-oriented attitude, and empathy for user needs. Shift work is required, with three shifts daily (morning, afternoon, evening), including meal allowances for morning and evening shifts.

Good to have:
- Experience with Sichuan Mahjong or Dou Dizhu

1、主要通过客服后台、微信公众号以及电话等多种渠道，迅速且精准地回应游戏玩家的咨询并处理投诉事宜。
2、高度重视问题解决效率，致力于提升回复准确率与及时率。
3、以用户体验为核心，全力提升游戏玩家的满意度。
职位要求
1、学历为大专及本科以上（若有游戏行业相关工作经验，则可适当放宽要求）。
2、具备一定的游戏经验，能够快速熟悉游戏，热爱网游行业并期望在此领域中工作。
3、拥有出色的逻辑思维能力以及良好的沟通表达能力。
4、具备较好的服务意识与责任心，能够积极主动地发现、反馈并解决问题。
5、保持积极正面、善良坦诚、踏实热情的态度，拥有较强的进取心。
6、具有一定的共情力，重视用户反馈，积极探寻解决用户问题的方法。
工作时间是排班制，大小周。 每天三个班次。
早：9：00-17：30
中：10：00-20：00
晚：12：00-21：00
早班会有7元餐补、晚班有15元餐补。
核心技能要求
热爱和了解网络游戏，对棋牌类游戏（四川麻将、斗地主）有一定的认知；
