Job Description

The Advertisement Video Designer role in Shenzhen is a full-time position responsible for designing and producing video ads for mobile games. Key responsibilities include understanding game features and target audience to create effective ads across various platforms, staying updated on competitor strategies and trends, collaborating with optimization specialists to improve ad performance, and independently designing and producing high-quality video ads using AE, PR, and PS. Strong video design skills, experience with game advertising, and proficiency in English are highly valued.

Must have:

1+ years game ad design experience
Proficient in AE, PR, PS
Strong video design skills
Excellent communication & collaboration
Creative, adaptable, and detail-oriented

Good to have:

Experience with international ad platforms
CET-6 English proficiency
Experience with both video and graphic design
Familiarity with casual/card games

职位描述

1、负责手游广告素材的设计与制作，能提炼游戏卖点，结合游戏特色及渠道特性进行差异化设计； 2、主动了解同行竞品美术制作水准，了解同行竞品投放素材风格及趋势，发现和挖掘新的投放创意风格，有投放数据意识，主动为投放组提供可优化投放成本、用户质量之建议； 3、独立完成公司在国内外各大广告平台的视频广告设计制作，熟悉视频类型及相应制作流程，有良好的构图、色彩、镜头运动节奏感；具备一定的平面设计能力，能制作基础的平面素材； 4、和广告优化师沟通视频创意需求，根据市面游戏视频行情和以往素材的投放数据，制定素材创意方向，满足广告投放需求，保证质量和速度。 5、能自主规划视频设计方向和内容，对广告素材有自己的剪辑想法和创意方向。

职位要求

1、美术设计与影视相关专业毕业，有良好的沟通协调能力，善于团队合作，理解力、执行力和总结提炼能力强； 2、有一年以上游戏广告素材设计和制作经验，喜欢玩各类棋牌休闲游戏优先； 3、有扎实的视频设计功底，熟悉 AE、PR、PS 等相关设计软件，有视频 + 平面工作经验者优先； 4、思维活跃，脑洞大，并且有较好的落地能力。洞察敏锐，能结合热点挖掘游戏不同卖点；能配合优化师持续优化创意方向及素材； 5、视频制作内容涉及国内外，英语水平 CET - 6 优先；
