Responsibilities

  • Partner with Clients and Account managers to define ideal candidate profiles.
  • Proactively source qualified VA and other candidates through a variety of channels, including online job boards, professional networks, and social media platforms.
  • Conduct phone screens with potential candidates to assess their communication, skills, experiences, and cultural fit.
  • Manage all aspects of the interview process, including scheduling interviews and facilitating communication between candidates and clients.
  • Prepare and present top candidates to clients, advocating for their qualifications and highlighting their exceptional qualities.
  • Maintain detailed records throughout the recruitment process and provide regular progress updates to hiring managers and leadership (i.e. keep our CRM up to date with your activities).
  • Stay up to date with industry trends in offshore recruitment and VA skills to optimize our talent acquisition strategies.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Conversion rates (e.g. endorsed candidates to interviews, interviews to offers, etc..).
  • Placement retention rate.
  • Candidate and client satisfaction with the recruitment experience.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of successfully placing qualified candidates in remote positions.
  • Strong understanding of the virtual assistant industry and the skills and experience required for success.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Proficiency in recruiting software and tools (e.g. applicant tracking systems, online sourcing platforms).
    • We use Workable, LinkedIn Recruiter, and a variety of job boards.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

This role is for YOU if:

  • You're passionate about helping businesses find the perfect talent to achieve their goals.
  • You thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy the challenge of sourcing top candidates.
  • You're a natural communicator with a knack for building relationships.
  • You have a strong work ethic and are results-oriented.
  • You enjoy working remotely and have the self-discipline to manage your own schedule.

This role is NOT for you if:

  • You prefer a micromanaged environment with little autonomy.
  • You dislike working with a global workforce and adapting to different time zones.
  • You struggle with maintaining detailed records or meeting deadlines.

Benefits

  • Comprehensive training on our recruitment process and tools.
  • Access to recruiting & organizational tools: Workable, LinkedIn Recruiter, Jobstreet, Indeed, Notion, Google Workspace, Discord.
  • Ongoing support from your peers, our TAS team.
