The team includes experts in engineering and AI from top tech companies, and the venture is supported by notable investors and founders in the tech industry.
Role Overview
They are looking for a Content Creator and Social Media Specialist to lead the charge in building and growing their brand’s social media presence. They’re seeking a creative individual to produce engaging, entertaining, and visually appealing content for professionals, and to manage our social media platforms.
Responsibilities
Develop and Execute Social Media Strategies:
Align strategies with brand goals and audience preferences.
Plan and schedule content to ensure consistent and timely posting.
Content Creation:
Create high-quality, engaging content (mostly text and images) tailored to each platform.
Conduct research to produce valuable, relevant content that resonates with our audience, such as memes, timely posts, founder stories, career insights, professional advice articles, etc. (e.g., "Ways to Improve Your LinkedIn Profile," "5 Tips to Get Hired").
Use tools like Figma to design visuals that complement your copy.
Social Media Management:
Manage and grow our social media channels (Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, TikTok).
Interact with followers, respond to comments and messages, and foster community engagement.
Monitor performance metrics and optimize strategies to boost high-converting traffic.
Collaboration:
Work closely with the CEO, our SEO/PPC specialist, and collaborate with influencers to expand our reach.
Requirements
3+ years of experience in content creation for Twitter/X, LinkedIn, and Instagram, with a strong emphasis on copywriting.
Proven ability to create engaging and valuable content.
Strong portfolio showcasing successful social media content, both visual and text-based.
Excellent writing, storytelling, and visual design skills.
Proficiency with social media platforms and content creation tools.
Strong research skills to stay ahead of trends and audience interests.
Creativity and ability to produce content that resonates with our audience.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Adaptable and generalist mindset, with the ability to handle diverse responsibilities in a dynamic startup environment.
