Job Description
As a Food & Beverage Host, you'll ensure a welcoming and efficient experience for our customers. Responsibilities include greeting guests, managing seating arrangements, assisting with reservations, and maintaining a clean and organized host stand. You'll be the first point of contact, setting the tone for the dining experience. This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to work well under pressure, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. A balanced 40-hour work week is offered, along with the opportunity to share in tips and receive a night shift bonus (outside of London). Employees also enjoy a 50% discount on food and participate in team incentives and events. The company provides a free uniform.
