Field Account Executive - Bilingual (English/French) - Public Healthcare, Quebec

Job Summary:

As a Field Account Executive you will be selling into publicly funded Provincial Healthcare agencies and organizations within the Province of Quebec. This is a critical role in establishing and nurturing strong relationships with these organizations. Your primary goal will be to understand their unique requirements and mandates, demonstrate the value of Salesforce products and solutions, to enable these entities to deliver on their mission-critical objectives.

Region: Province of Quebec - Based in either Montreal or Quebec City

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate and maintain enduring relationships with Quebec Provincial Health agencies.

  • Develop and execute on a Healthcare territory plan designed for growth - Including account engagement activities

  • Build a business pipeline through deep team collaboration to execute on client and territory specific activities.

  • Continual education on Salesforce products and solutions as well as industry trends, government regulations, and competitive offerings.

  • Educate clients on how Salesforce Healthcare solutions enable the delivery of positive patient, citizen and employee outcomes.

  • Develop a Healthcare-specific point-of-view, working within the account teams and our managed partners.

  • Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and work towards expanding Salesforce services.

  • Address and resolve client issues in a timely and efficient manner.

  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to devise solutions for complex challenges.

  • Engage proactively with the Salesforce partner ecosystem to bring solutions to the market.

  • Operate effectively within the Salesforce High Performance Culture designed to deliver on growth objectives.

  • Provide regular progress updates to management regarding the growth of the business (activity, pipeline, pursuits, etc.)

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of full cycle Enterprise software or technology sales experience

  • Degree or equivalent relevant experience required. Experience will be evaluated based on the Values & Behaviors for the role (e.g. extracurricular leadership roles, military experience, volunteer roles, work experience, etc.)

  • Proven track record in account management, preferably within the Canadian Healthcare Federal Agencies

  • Bi-Lingual (English and French Speaking)

  • Willingness and ability to travel to client locations as required.

  • Self-motivated with a commitment to achieving and exceeding sales targets.

En tant que chargé de compte en relation directe, vous vendez aux agences et organismes de soins de santé provinciaux bénéficiant de subventions publiques dans la province de Québec. Ce rôle est essentiel pour l’établissement et le maintien de relations solides avec ces organisations. L’objectif principal consiste à comprendre leurs besoins uniques et leurs missions, ainsi qu’à démontrer la valeur des produits et des solutions Salesforce, afin de permettre à ces entités d’atteindre leurs objectifs stratégiques.

Région : Province de Québec - En poste à Montréal ou à Québec

Principales responsabilités :

  • Développer et entretenir des relations durables avec les agences provinciales de la santé du Québec.

  • Élaborer et mettre en œuvre un plan territorial de soins de santé conçu pour la croissance, y compris des activités d’engagement des comptes.

  • Créer un pipeline commercial grâce à une collaboration étroite entre les membres de l’équipe afin d’exécuter les activités spécifiques au client et au territoire.

  • Formation continue sur les produits et solutions Salesforce ainsi que sur les tendances du secteur, les réglementations gouvernementales et les offres concurrentielles.

  • Sensibiliser les clients sur la manière dont les solutions Salesforce pour les soins de santé permettent d’obtenir des résultats positifs pour les patients, les citoyens et les employés.

  • Développer un point de vue spécifique aux soins de santé, en travaillant avec les équipes de compte et nos partenaires gérés.

  • Identifier les opportunités de croissance au sein des comptes existants et travailler à l’élargissement des services Salesforce.

  •  Traiter et résoudre les problèmes des clients de manière rapide et efficace.

  • Travailler en collaboration avec des équipes internes pour trouver des solutions à des problématiques complexes.

  • Participer de manière proactive à l’écosystème de partenaires Salesforce afin d’apporter des solutions au marché.

  • Travailler efficacement au sein de la culture de haute performance de Salesforce conçue pour atteindre les objectifs de croissance.

  • Fournir à la direction des mises à jour régulières sur la croissance de l’entreprise (activité, pipeline, objectifs, etc.)

Qualifications :

  • Plus de 10 ans d’expérience dans la vente de logiciels ou de technologies d’entreprise à cycle complet

  • Diplôme ou expérience pertinente équivalente requis. L’expérience sera évaluée en fonction des valeurs et des compétences pour le poste (par exemple : rôles de leadership extrascolaire, expérience militaire, bénévolat, expérience professionnelle, etc.)

  • Expérience avérée en gestion de comptes, de préférence au sein des agences fédérales de la santé du Canada

  • Bilingue (anglais et français)

  • Volonté et capacité de se rendre sur les sites des clients en fonction des besoins.

  • Motivé et déterminé à atteindre et à dépasser les objectifs de vente.
