Job Description
Voodoo seeks an experienced Data Analyst to join their Analytics team, embedded with BeReal (a social media platform with 40M+ monthly users). Responsibilities include building robust analytics solutions, collaborating with engineers and data experts, unlocking key insights to optimize user experiences, driving data-driven decisions, and enhancing BeReal's data capabilities. The role involves creating dynamic dashboards, reports, leading A/B testing strategies using Amplitude and BigQuery, delivering key performance metrics to marketing, sales, and internal ad network teams, and acting as a bridge between business and technical teams. This role requires 3 days/week in the Paris office.
Must have:
- SQL proficiency
- Experience with Amplitude or similar tools
- Large dataset handling
- Dashboard creation
- A/B testing experience
- Data-driven decision making

Embedded at BeReal, you’ll help scale an iconic platform with 40M+ monthly users by building robust analytics solutions. You’ll collaborate with engineers and data experts to unlock key insights, optimize user experiences, and drive data-driven decisions. Your work will play a crucial role in enhancing BeReal’s data capabilities while leveraging Voodoo’s expertise.
This role requires to be in the offices based in Châtelet (Paris) 3 days/week.
Role
We are looking for a Data Analyst deeply passionate about data-driven decisions, transforming raw data into clear actionable business insights, and constantly driving themselves and the team towards completing the next challenge. - Act as a key bridge between business and technical teams on all data-related initiatives, establishing efficient tracking and reporting frameworks while ensuring high standards of data quality and integrity.
- Develop dynamic dashboards and insightful reports to drive company-wide understanding of key business metrics and foster data-driven decision-making.
- Experimentation & Analytics: Lead A/B testing strategies and conduct deep-dive analyses using Amplitude and BigQuery to provide critical insights that drive revenue growth and product enhancements.
- Key point of contact for the Growth Team: Deliver key performance metrics, accurate forecasts, and essential data insights to the marketing, sales, and ADN (internal ad network) teams, empowering them with the intelligence needed for strategic growth.
Profile
- You possess substantial experience in analytical roles, ideally within a web or mobile company.
- You are highly skilled in SQL and have a proven track record of working with pipelines that handle large and complex data sets.
- You have practical experience with Amplitude or a visualisation tool (Mixpanel, Tableau, Looker, Power BI), and can create dashboards that are shared company-wide, facilitating data-driven decision-making across departments.
- You enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and can balance the tradeoff between time-consuming development and rapid results.
- Advanced knowledge of Amplitude will be considered a significant advantage.
