As a Workplace Experience Associate, you’ll play a crucial role in the day-to-day operations of our Vegas office, supporting three key verticals: Operations, Facilities, and Employee Experience. This dynamic position also involves assisting other offices during launches, office openings, pantry programs, events, and when additional coverage is required. As a part of the Real Estate/Facilities department, this team member will report to the Workplace Experience Manager.
Demonstrate a collaborative, team-first attitude, actively contributing to team goals and offering support to colleagues across all workplace verticals.
Be adaptable and flexible in taking on various tasks across hospitality, operations, and events, contributing wherever needed to ensure a high-functioning workplace.
Monitor and respond to office space requests, ensuring accurate digital tracking for optimal organizational efficiency.
Provide support for facility-related projects and initiatives, contributing to the enhancement of overall workplace functionality.
Assist with various duties as requested by the Manager to guarantee the smooth functioning of the office, including budget tracking, meeting coordination, on-site experiences/events, catering, etc.
Collaborate with external vendors to ensure compliance with the collection and submission of Certificates of Insurance (COIs) to the building.
Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
Proven experience in workplace experience, facility management, or related roles.
Ability to uphold company values and contribute to a positive workplace culture.
Keen sense of urgency to problem solves and address issues as they arise.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook).
Ability to work requiring significant walking or through other means of mobility; must be able to push/pull and frequently lift to 20lbs.
