This role focuses on the strategic and operational aspects of e-commerce selling for SEA countries. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of data analysis and seller operations, and will be responsible for identifying issues, developing hypotheses, gathering and interpreting data, executing analysis, and presenting findings. Other responsibilities include establishing a global merchandise business data analytics system, analyzing and interpreting merchandise data, monitoring business performance, and finding solutions to any problems. The role also involves optimizing business processes, promoting systematic support for the business, and resolving team conflicts of interest. The ideal candidate will have a BA/BS degree (Finance or Data Analysis preferred) and experience in seller operations. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to work under pressure are essential. Proficiency in Thai is preferred for this role based in Thailand.
