We are seeking a seasoned Learning consultant to assist our clients in identifying their learning requirements and aid Visa University in establishing a comprehensive and agile framework for customizing existing learning content and creating new bespoke programs to meet specific client needs and better educate a broad range of client employees.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in learning design strategy, with a proven track record in creating and implementing effective learning programs. They will also need to understand CEMEA’s regional business priorities, Visa University (VU) curriculum, and VU’s KPIs. They will be responsible for meeting CEMEA VU revenue, expense, and margin targets and instrumental in driving sales of new revenue source programs in CEMEA. The ability to work collaboratively with clients, VCA colleagues, learning consultants, account executives and other teams at Visa to drive the best outcomes is crucial. The candidate will also have direct client exposure as part of the role.
This role will report to the CEMEA Visa University Sales Lead.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide Learning Development Capabilities to VCA/VU Sales Team:
- Support the Learning Consulting Practice, create and implement strategic plans, processes, frameworks, models, templates, and documentation that align with Visa Consulting and Analytics’ and Visa University's vision.
- Apply human-centered design principles to create customized training programs (bespoke and study trips) that support professional development and build capabilities in a timely and cost-effective manner. Manage and coordinate the facilitation of client consulting engagements.
- Develop and execute a model for content solution customization, ensuring it is adaptable and scalable to meet the diverse needs of our clients.
- Define and implement a systematic, human-centered approach for client needs analysis, solution identification, and design, focused on both the client and learner, and tailored to specific roles.
- Define scalable and repeatable evaluation approach that clients can employ to assess the effectiveness of learning solutions based on stakeholder business drivers and key performance indicators (KPIs) to gauge the impact and effectiveness of training programs.
- Participate in tasks related to budget use and management, particularly related to vendors that may be required for project support and required systems.
- Work with regional learning consultants and account executives to establish an understanding of learning needs analysis product offerings and enable them to describe related benefits to potentials clients. Join client discussions related to qualified leads.
- Collaborate with curriculum teams to devise an approach to creating content and processes that better enable Visa University to offer customized solutions as part of large-scale opportunities.
- Identify, map and categorize assets already present in the organization both in VCA and in the other functions, including previously delivered bespoke programs.
- Build a faculty to deliver VU training in Arabic, French, Portuguese, and Russian.
- Build rapport, trust, and credibility with clients, VCA colleagues learning consultants, account executives and other teams at Visa to ensure strong and productive relationships.
- Facilitate sales of the new revenue sources product line including Government, Compliance, FinTech’s, CS, VCS, etc.
- Develop a go-to-market strategy for new revenue sources bespoke product line.
- Identify and design new revenue sources curriculum tailored to clients’ needs.
- Develop and manage a sales pipeline to meet revenue targets for new revenue sources bespoke product line.
- Collaborate closely with regional resources (VCA and other functions) to identify and maintain a robust pipeline of the new revenue sources opportunities, assist in performing sales.
- Track and report against monthly, quarterly, and annual scorecard metrics.
- Develop client proposals and execute necessary formalization for seamless delivery.
This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.
